AteliePro. The whole studio in one place.
Management system for sewing studios and tailor shops: orders, clients, measurements, team, commissions and finances — on the computer and on the phone.
The problem
A small studio runs on memory: the client's measurements are in a notebook, the deadline is in someone's head, the seamstress's commission is settled at the end of the month in a conversation. It works until the day it doesn't — a piece runs late, a payment goes missing, someone leaves and takes the notebook.
The systems out there were made for retail or for factories. They talk about stock and invoices, not hems, fittings and alterations. AteliePro started from the other side: from what a seamstress does every day.
What it does
Orders with QR codes
Every piece gets a code. The client scans it and sees the status without calling the studio; the seamstress opens the spec sheet on the spot.
Clients and measurements
A history for every client: measurements, past orders, conversations. Nothing left in a notebook or in a WhatsApp thread nobody can find.
Team and commissions
Who did what, who gets how much. Commission is calculated when the order is paid, with no spreadsheet at the end of the month.
Finances
Income, expenses and the month's profit on a single board. A paid order is a booked entry.
WhatsApp notices
Ready-made messages for "it's done", "the deadline changed", "you can pick it up" — one tap, no retyping.
Android app and notifications
The studio on the phone: camera for photos of the piece, biometrics, real-time order notifications.
Who it is for
Made-to-measure sewing studios, tailor shops, independent seamstresses with more orders than memory can hold, and small workshops that do not need an ERP yet — just to know what is ready, what is missing and how much came in.
How it is built
Laravel and PHP on the server, PostgreSQL, real-time updates, a native Android app talking to the same API as the dashboard. Payment by Pix or card. Each studio's data isolated from the others. Automated test coverage over every critical flow — because it is somebody's business in there.
